Kitchen Sync was built on the belief that the most powerful conversations happen when women are given the space to speak freely, the tools to understand their bodies and the community to hold them as they do. This summer, we invite you to join us around the table to have those conversations. An evening that brings together food, community, music, wisdom and above all, women. Expect a four course seasonal menu designed with your hormones in mind - fresh, vibrant and rooted in nutritional science, celebrating the best of summer produce. Sip on botanic mocktails, take part in the collage workshop, open your ears and minds as our speaker shares menstrual wisdom. Tickets include the four course seasonal menu, botanical mocktails throughout the evening, homemade herbal teas and the goodie bag of dreams. We cannot wait to welcome you. All profits from this event will be donated to Women for Afghan Women.
