Born and raised in multicultural Singapore and growing up in my father’s restaurants was where my love for food first began. After growing tired of the corporate world, I began my culinary journey by training at Leiths School of Food & Wine and later worked in a restaurant as a junior chef. Today, my cooking blends my Singaporean roots with global influences, creating Singapore-Western fusion dishes inspired by family, heritage, and travel.

Jiran is led by Lip and Zoey, Malaysians of Thai and Chinese heritage respectively, and we're presenting a predominantly pescatarian menu rooted in flavours from home. We're joining Shared Space Studio as guest chefs for the evening, a beautiful London dining series where each host shares live experiences through the food that raised them, for our very first public event.

Old housemates Fi and Grace have both stepped away from corporate life to turn their hands to hospitality. Fi is a professional chef at a modern Malaysian restaurant in Clapton. Grace organises a number of community-focussed events, from curated dinners to her 4-year old festival. They are joining forces to realise a space filled with candles, music, flavour, and new faces that feel like old ones.

Being’s Supper Club is a small, plant-based dinner I host in London for people who want a slower kind of evening. Eight or so seats. One long table. We are a homegrown supper club bringing together two exciting cuisines in an exciting mélange. Soft Launch Suppers is a curated dining experience by Kels & Tom. The concept is simple - we want to host a mix of fab people around a table that's been designed for the group. The menu will be fresh, seasonal, homemade & slightly experimental at times. We’ll shape it around our guests’ likes and dislikes so the food feels personal and made to be properly scoffed.
