Join me for an intimate summer supper club inspired by the vibrant flavours of coastal Chennai. This multi-course menu celebrates the food memories of South India through a contemporary lens, featuring seasonal ingredients, heritage seeraga samba biryani, refreshing summer drinks, and dishes inspired by Chennai's beaches, markets, and home kitchens. From crispy edamame rice fritters and curry leaf focaccia to sugarcane chicken kebabs, scallops, and a fragrant biryani course, each dish has been thoughtfully created to tell a story of culture, travel, and hospitality.
