Born and raised in multicultural Singapore and growing up in my father’s restaurants was where my love for food first began. After growing tired of the corporate world, I began my culinary journey by training at Leiths School of Food & Wine and later worked in a restaurant as a junior chef. Today, my cooking blends my Singaporean roots with global influences, creating Singapore-Western fusion dishes inspired by family, heritage, and travel.
