It all started with a simple Japanese meal outing. We’re big fans of Asian food and were excited for sushi, but quietly unsure if either of us could actually use chopsticks properly. That little moment made us realise there are probably so many people like us. So here’s an open invite to all sushi lovers, whether you eat with your hands, fork, or chopsticks. Come roll your own sushi, enjoy a fun hands on setup, and explore a spread of Japanese flavours designed to hit all the umami notes, with playful twists like thecha too.
