  • 0.5 cup dried breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika or red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup white rice (short or medium grain)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 cups mixed salad greens
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar or pomegranate molasses
  • 0.5 cup plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 1 Tablespoon Bread crumbs
