  • 2 skinless chicken breasts chicken
  • 1 glug olive oil
  • 1 good squeeze lemon juice
  • 1 heaped dollop Dijon mustard
  • 1 large cooking apple
  • 1 big handful ready-to-eat dried apricots
  • 1 big handful ready-to-eat prunes
  • 1 half 440 ml can dry cider
  • 2 generous pinches ground cinnamon
  • 1 generous pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 5 large floury potatoes
  • 1 decent knob butter
  • 1 splash milk
  • 3 medium leeks
  • 1 small basket Brussels sprouts
