  • 400 grams canned crushed tomatoes or tomato passata
  • 0.5 tsp dried oregano

  • 4 slices prosciutto or speck
  • 2 cups fresh arugula (rocket)
  • 2 balls fresh burrata cheese (approx. 125g each)
