- •2 handfuls shredded cabbage
- •1 large carrot, julienned
- •0.5 pepper red bell pepper, sliced
- •0.5 apple green apple, thinly sliced
- •1 handful pineapple chunks
- •0.5 fruit avocado, diced
- •1 pinch pickled red onions
- •1 glug sweet chilli sauce
- •1 drizzle toasted sesame oil
- •1 squeeze fresh lime juice
- •1 Handful Leftover rice
- •2 tsp Roasted cashews or peanuts
