  • 1 chunky log chorizo, diced
  • 0.5 small red onion, sliced
  • 1 whole red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 whole yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small basket cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tin chickpeas, drained
  • 1 generous dollop harissa paste
  • 1 decent glug olive oil
  • 1 snowfall grated parmesan or pecorino cheese
  • 1 finger-pinch salt
  • 1 crack black pepper
