  • 1.5 kg Chicken pieces (thighs, drumsticks, and wings)
  • 3 tbsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar or honey
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, grated
  • 4 large Potatoes, cut into roast chunks
  • 3 medium Carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2 medium Onions, cut into large wedges
  • 3 heads Bok choy or Pak choi, halved lengthwise
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil (for tossing vegetables)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp White or Red Miso paste
