  • 2 glugs vegetable oil or ghee
  • 1 large onions, grated
  • 1 heaped dollop ginger-garlic paste
  • 800 g chicken breast or thighs, diced
  • 1 heaped tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 heaped tsp ground cumin
  • 1 heaped tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp chili powder (adjust to taste)
  • 1 generous pinch salt
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 splash water
  • 400 Grams Tinned tomatoes
