  • 1 generous heap cooked white rice
  • 2 mugs chicken stock
  • 1 thumb fresh ginger, sliced
  • 2 fat cloves garlic, smashed
  • 2 stalks spring onions, sliced
  • 1 handful fresh coriander
  • 1 glug vegetable oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 8 dollops sriracha or chili sauce
