  • 1 pack spring roll wrappers or phyllo pastry

  • 1 dollop red curry paste
  • 1 tin coconut milk
  • 1 handful carrots, sliced into rounds
  • 1 unit red bell pepper, sliced into strips
  • 1 basket cherry tomatoes
  • 2 heads baby bok choy, quartered
  • 1 swig fish sauce
  • 1 pinch brown sugar
  • 2 mugs jasmine rice
