  • 4 fillets white fish (tilapia or sea bass)
  • 1 swig olive oil
  • 1 pinch sea salt and cracked black pepper
  • 1 whole lime, cut into wedges
  • 2 big handfuls mixed salad greens
  • 1 pile shredded carrots
  • 1 whole avocado, sliced
  • 2 whole vine tomatoes, diced
  • 0.5 whole cucumber, diced
  • 1 splash red wine vinegar
  • 1 head broccoli, chopped into florets
  • 1 dollop butter
