  • 1 fistful peeled prawns
  • 2 handfuls green beans, trimmed and chopped
  • 1 handful cherry or plum tomatoes, halved
  • 3 cloves garlic, smashed and chopped
  • 1 glug olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 heavy dusting black pepper
  • 1 mountain grated hard cheese
