  • 2 tins chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 3 dollops tahini
  • 0.5 lemon juice of half a fresh lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and smashed
  • 1 glug extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 2 heaped teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tin chickpeas, dried thoroughly for roasting
  • 1 dusting smoked paprika for topping
  • 1 drizzle olive oil for roasting
  • 1 loaf white sourdough bread, sliced for dipping
