  • 450 grams strong white bread flour
  • 110 grams cold butter (diced)
  • 110 grams lard (diced)
  • 1 tsp salt (for dough)
  • 6 tbsp ice cold water
  • 350 grams beef skirt or chuck steak (diced into 1cm cubes)
  • 300 grams potatoes (peeled and diced)
  • 150 grams swede/rutabaga (peeled and diced)
  • 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 large egg (beaten, for glazing)
  • 2 bags chamomile tea
  • 500 ml boiling water
