  • 1 block paneer (about 400g), cubed
  • 1 mug basmati rice
  • 1 glug vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion, finely sliced
  • 1 thumb-sized piece fresh ginger, minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 big dollop tomato puree
  • 1 palmful garam masala
  • 1 pinch turmeric
  • 1 dusting chili powder
  • 1 generous swig Gold cap milk
  • 1 handful fresh coriander, roughly chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
