  • 1 heap potato starch or cornstarch
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 shake black pepper
  • 1 dollop gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 swig soy sauce
  • 1 squeeze honey or corn syrup
  • 1 splash ketchup
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 bowlful cooked white rice
  • 1 small handful shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pot oil for frying
