- •2 thick slabs firm white fish fillets (like snapper or sea bass), cubed
- •1 generous handful large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- •2 fat glugs dendê (palm) oil
- •1 tall glass coconut milk
- •1 medium onion, sliced into thin rings
- •2 large ripe tomatoes, sliced into rounds
- •1 whole yellow bell pepper, sliced into rings
- •3 cloves garlic, smashed and minced
- •1 fat squeeze fresh lime juice
- •1 big bunch fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
- •1 heavy pinch salt
- •1 pinch cracked black pepper
- •2 handfuls toasted cassava flour (farofa) for serving
- •2 bowls steamed white rice
