- •1.5 swigs heavy cream
- •2 cloves garlic, minced
- •0.5 head cabbage, cut into thick wedges
- •1 fistful green beans, trimmed
- •1 knob butter
- •1 glug vegetable oil
- •1 pinch salt and cracked black pepper
- •1 wedge lemon for serving
