  • 2 large pieces chicken breast, butterflied and pounded thin
  • 1 dusting plain flour
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 handfuls breadcrumbs mixed with dried thyme and parsley
  • 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced into rounds
  • 2 big handfuls fresh spinach
  • 1.5 swigs heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 head cabbage, cut into thick wedges
  • 1 fistful green beans, trimmed
  • 1 knob butter
  • 1 glug vegetable oil
  • 1 pinch salt and cracked black pepper
  • 1 wedge lemon for serving
