- •200 g smokey bacon, diced
- •2 whole red bell peppers, roasted and diced
- •1 Tin cherry tomatoes, tinned
- •1 medium onion, finely diced
- •2 cloves garlic, minced
- •1 knob butter
- •1 swig olive oil
- •2 cups leftover roast chicken, shredded
- •2 handfuls shredded cheddar cheese
- •1 bag mixed salad greens
- •4 Tsp Dried herbs - Rosemary, thyme, sage, oregano etc
