  • 2 handfuls chicken thighs, cubed
  • 1 big dollop butter
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 finger-sized scoop ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 good splash tomato puree
  • 1 swig heavy cream
  • 2 pinches garam masala
  • 1 sprinkle dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
  • 1 bowlful cooked basmati rice
  • 2 pieces naan bread
  • 1 spoonful mango chutney
