  • 3 handfuls all-purpose flour
  • 1 pinch baking powder
  • 1 small bowl split peas, boiled and ground with garlic and cumin
  • 2 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 1 handful chickpeas (channa)
  • 1 large handful chopped spinach (bhagi)
  • 1 basket fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 dollops Caribbean curry powder
  • 1 swig vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
