  • 2 large handfuls fresh holy basil leaves
  • 1 small bunch shallots (green onions), sliced
  • 4 fat cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 small Thai bird's eye chilies, chopped
  • 1 generous glug fish sauce
  • 1 splash soy sauce
  • 1 dollop oyster sauce
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 healthy swig vegetable oil
  • 2 bowls steamed jasmine rice
  • 1 squeeze sriracha
