  • 6 slices Prosciutto, torn into ribbons
  • 1 handful Sun-dried tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • 1 swig Tomato passata
  • 1 dollop Heavy cream
  • 2 cloves Garlic, smashed
  • 1 glug Olive oil (from the sun-dried tomato jar)
  • 1 pinch Red chili flakes
  • 1 mountain Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
