  • 2 breasts chicken, sliced into strips
  • 1 block halloumi cheese, sliced
  • 0.5 block feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tub hummus
  • 3 handfuls mixed salad (shredded red cabbage, lettuce, and chopped tomatoes)
  • 10 pieces black olives
  • 4 rounds pita bread
  • 2 pieces pickled green chillies
  • 1 long squeeze garlic paste
  • 2 big shakes shawarma spice blend (cumin, paprika, coriander, turmeric)
  • 1 good glug extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 finger-pinch sea salt
