- •0.5 block feta cheese, crumbled
- •1 tub hummus
- •3 handfuls mixed salad (shredded red cabbage, lettuce, and chopped tomatoes)
- •10 pieces black olives
- •4 rounds pita bread
- •2 pieces pickled green chillies
- •1 long squeeze garlic paste
- •2 big shakes shawarma spice blend (cumin, paprika, coriander, turmeric)
- •1 good glug extra virgin olive oil
- •1 finger-pinch sea salt
