- •150 grams Stilton cheese, crumbled
- •150 grams pancetta or smoked bacon lardons
- •250 grams chestnut or button mushrooms, sliced
- •1 medium brown onion, finely diced
- •50 grams pine nuts
- •100 grams fresh kale, woody stems removed
- •2 tbsp olive oil
- •0.5 tsp freshly ground black pepper
