  • 1 mugful dried bulgur wheat
  • 2 handfuls cherry tomatoes on the vine
  • 0.5 block feta cheese, cubed
  • 0.5 whole cucumber, diced
  • 1 fistful fresh parsley and mint, finely chopped
  • 1 glug extra virgin olive oil
  • 0.5 whole lemon, juiced
  • 1 pinch dried oregano
