  • 450 grams Italian sausages, casings removed
  • 1 medium Butternut squash, peeled and cubed
  • 250 grams Mushrooms (cremini or button), sliced
  • 1 small Onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp Cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Marmite (yeast extract)
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt and black pepper
