- •450 grams Italian sausages, casings removed
- •1 medium Butternut squash, peeled and cubed
- •250 grams Mushrooms (cremini or button), sliced
- •1 small Onion, finely diced
- •2 cloves Garlic, minced
- •3 tbsp Cream cheese
- •1 tsp Marmite (yeast extract)
- •0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- •2 tbsp Olive oil
- •1 pinch Salt and black pepper
