  • 3 large farm eggs
  • 1 whole Barcelona lemon, zested and juiced
  • 2 big bowls ground almonds
  • 1 small bowl fine polenta
  • 1 healthy pinch baking powder
  • 1 tiny shake Saxa salt
  • 2 handfuls fresh raspberries
