  • 200 grams wide flat rice noodles (dried or fresh)
  • 2 items large eggs
  • 4 cups vegetable or chicken broth
  • 1 cup brown button or cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 100 grams enoki mushrooms, ends trimmed
  • 2 heads baby bok choy, quartered lengthwise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp chili oil or chili crisp (adjust to taste)
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped
