- •500 grams ground lamb or beef
- •2 fingers minced garlic
- •1 handful finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
- •1 pinch ground cumin
- •1 tin butter beans, drained and rinsed
- •1 big dollop harissa paste
- •1 swig extra virgin olive oil
- •1 basket baby potatoes, halved
- •1 giant dollop Greek yogurt
- •1 fistful chopped chives
- •1 squeeze fresh lemon juice
- •1 loaf rustic homemade sourdough or wholemeal bread
- •1 large handful arugula and mixed salad greens
