  • 300 grams frozen chips/fries
  • 2 items large spring rolls (frozen or fresh)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (divided)
  • 1 items onion, diced (for curry sauce)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Chinese curry powder (mild or medium)
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 500 ml chicken or vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp water)
  • 2 cups cooked white rice (chilled)
  • 2 items eggs, beaten
  • 150 grams dried egg noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce (light and dark mixed)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
