  • 0.5 handful sliced almonds
  • 0.5 handful whole almonds
  • 1 Cup tahini/nut butter
  • 2 glugs maple syrup
  • 1 swig olive oil
  • 1 heavy pinch sea salt flakes
  • 1 handful dried cranberries
  • 1 handful mixed raisins
  • 1 massive dollop Greek yogurt per serving
  • 1 scoop peanut butter per serving
