  • 1 bowlful cooked and seasoned sushi rice
  • 5 sheets nori (seaweed)
  • 1 tin canned tuna, drained
  • 1 squeeze mayonnaise
  • 1 slab fresh sushi-grade salmon
  • 1 handful cucumber, julienned
  • 1 handful ripe avocado, sliced
  • 3 dollops cream cheese
  • 1 swig rice vinegar (for hands)
  • 4 pinches black and white sesame seeds
  • 1 glug teriyaki sauce for serving
