  • 1 bunch Fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 0.5 bunch Fresh parsley or coriander, finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp Vegetable oil or butter (for rice crust)
  • 4 pieces Chicken thighs, skin-on and bone-in
  • 200 grams Tenderstem broccoli
  • 2 large Aubergines (Eggplants)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Salt and black pepper
