  • 4 cups rich chicken stock
  • 2 breasts chicken (cooked and shredded)
  • 2 large handfuls carrots, grated or shredded
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 stalks spring onions (scallions), chopped
  • 1 thumb fresh ginger, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 2 glugs soy sauce
  • 1 splash sesame oil
  • 1 generous pinch dried chili flakes
  • 1 pinch sesame seeds
  • 1 Dash Fish sauce
