Ingredients: 1 tin canned tuna, drained; 1 heaping handful black beans, rinsed and drained; 2 large eggs; 0.5 whole ripe avocado; 2 cloves garlic, finely minced; 1 generous swig hot sauce; 1 glug olive oil; 1 fat pinch salt and cracked black pepper; 1 splatter blood

I mixed tuna, beans, eggs, avocado and garlic with hot sauce. The red on the side is my blood from cutting myself opening the can.
