  • 1.5 kg whole chicken, jointed into pieces
  • 100 grams butter, softened
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp ground turmeric
  • 1 cup thick yogurt
  • 750 grams baby potatoes, halved
  • 6 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 bunches asparagus spears, trimmed
  • 1 lemon zest and juice
  • 400 grams can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 3 cups mixed tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 large carrots, julienned
  • 2 medium beetroots, julienned
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander (cilantro)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
