- •2 handfuls (55g) cocoa powder, sifted
- •6 glugs boiling water
- •4 large eggs
- •1 big block (225g) baking spread, cold from the fridge
- •1 generous heap (225g) caster sugar
- •1 big heap (225g) self-raising flour
- •1 generous pinch baking powder
- •6 dollops cherry jam
- •1 small carton (300ml) double cream, lightly whipped
- •1 short pour (200ml) double cream (for the ganache)
- •2 bars (200g) dark chocolate, broken into pieces
